This is a fully compliant building, satisfying all the National Construction Code regulations and council regulations for a permanent ancillary building.

- Raked ceiling height, 2.25m to 3.44m.
- Internal volume 70 cubic meters - larger inside than an insulated 40' high-cube container.
- 2mx1m Bathpod, toilet, handbasin, shower, towel rail, shelf, mirror accessories fitted. Walls made from high pressure moulded panels. Moulded one-piece floor with water beading surface to assist run off.
- 2.4m kitchen bench, sink and overhead cupboards 800 high x 500 deep, or 900 high x 600 deep.
- Utility zone or pantry cupboard 600 wide x 1100 deep x 2150 high
- Double glazed, double hung, aluminium thermal break windows, with <2mm insect/security screens fixed to the outside. BAL rated. Two double hung to wall opening 1200 x 900. One 600 x 600 awning. One 600 x 600 fixed
- R4.1 rating for walls, floor, roof; being 165mm OSB faced SIP panels.
- Wiring completed with 15A input plug mounted on an external wall and internal switchbox.
Kitchen - two LEDs, four double powerpoints, rangehood, exhaust fan

Bathroom - two LEDs, one powerpoint, one exhaust fan - Internal painted OSB walls.
- Floor 22mm OSB, painted.
- Foldable / unfoldable, removable and truck-able to another location as needed.
- Self-powered roof raising;
- Engineering certified to N3 Wind Classification, upgradable to C2 Wind Classifications.
- Energy compliant to all Climate Zones, with correct orientation, shading, glass tinting, and veranda.
- Installation requires foundations, not included: mega anchors, as specified on the supplied engineering drawings.
