​Introducing "House-by-2" by SIP Haus—an innovative housing solution designed for couples and those seeking affordable homeownership. With a focus on simplicity and sustainability, this groundbreaking concept allows you to build your dream home with just two people, basic skills, and a nail gun. 

"House-by-2" transforms home construction through the use of Ready-to-Assemble Precut SIPs (Structural Insulated Panels). This approach combines speed and exceptional insulation, ensuring a rapid and energy-efficient building process. We've enhanced efficiency by introducing the SIPs box concept—utilizing SIPs for the ceiling, not the roof, streamlining on-site work for a seamless finish. For additional flexibility, an optional truss roof add-on is also available.

House-by-2 offers multiple different designs and styles for houses, allowing for you to choose the one that best suits your needs and location.

This building is 3 panels by 10 panels, with a middle section that alone could be a studio apartment, but to which you can add a bedroom at either side. The entry is on the north, adjacent to an outdoor living area.

This house is 5 by 5 panels, with a combined entry laundry, and a sleeping dias, perfect for a futon. 

1 x 1, 26.5 m2, Kitchen Entry
This is a 4 by 4 panel building, again with a sleeping dias, but a larger living area.
