Kulbardi 2x1

This house offers two bedrooms, one bathroom, 89m2 of living space, and 7.9 star rating under NatHERS, the National House Energy Rating Scheme.

This design was created specifically for the Witchcliffe Ecovillage (WEV), located south of Margaret River. WEV has strict criteria for buildings, and housing must be well-designed, low energy, carbon negative and durable.

Karrak 1x2

This small SIP cottage was also designed for the Witchcliffe Ecovillage, boasting 8.8 stars under NaTHERS, 63m2 of interior space which totals to 100m2 with exterior veranda and conservatory.

This cottage also has a fully prefabricated kitchen and bathroom, which are craned into place along with the walls, making installation a breeze.

Coodanup 3x2

This NaTHERS 9-star home holds 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living area of 112m2 and generous back patio.

While this house is not part of the Witchcliffe Ecovillage, it certainly meets the standards required, with a low carbon footprint and a 9-star NaTHERS rating.

Sugar Cube 3x2

This 3-story building, affectionately named the Sugar Cube after its white cubic appearance, holds 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 115m2 of living space (excluding staircases).

The Sugar Cube boasts 8.1 stars under NaTHERS, and a neutral carbon footprint. 
We were happy to deliver the materials on time and on budget in early 2022, despite COVID building industry impacts. 

Beverly - Full Prefab 2x1

This building offers 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, and has 85m2 of interior space with another 20 m2 of conservatory and store room, amounting to 105 m2 in all. 
We supplied prefabricated wall system, pre-installed kitchen and pre-built bathroom.
This terrace 2x1 has a ~9 star rating under NaTHERS, low carbon footprint, north light into all rooms, and a short construction time,
Brook View 2x2
A very large site on a downhill slope to Gingin Brook presented an irresisible opportunity to create a little traditional charm with overlooking verandas.

We designed for prefabricated wall systems with preinstalled windows, we splayed one wall to catch the winter sun and we did a careful design using prefabricated bathroom modules. Very compact, very livable.
