What is a SIP?

  • SIP Haus uses Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) with Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) insulation glued between two skins of 11.1mm Oriented Strand Board (OSB).
  • OSB and splines are sustainably sourced.​

  • The offcuts remain in our factory for recycling. Your site remains clean and you can begin landscaping within weeks.
